How to flatter small breasts

Depending on your point of view, having small breasts can be either a pain or a pleasure.
Some women consider small boobs to be a terrible stigma, while others are happy enough to have men talk to their eyes instead of to their breasts.
There are advantages, such as the abiblity to go braless just about all the time, and disadvantages, such as being insecure about whether or not guys will want to see you past the first feel.
This video does not specifically address lingerie, but it does suggest some ways to make the best of what you’ve got.
Video posted solely for the tips; ignore the bad acting:

At a stretch I am a 32A. Sometimes I am jealous of my much better endowed girlfriends, until I hear them complain of neck pain, stretch marks and painful boobs while walking or sporting.
My boyfriends readily admits he would sometimes like to get his hands on something bigger than two flea bite and I don’t blame him (I’d love to get my hands on something big, warm and sexy myself…).
On the other hand, I really do like being able to go braless pretty much all the time. Also, since my nipples are actually quite large, I do enjoy a bit of harmless flashing and men do enjoy what they see. (I bet you won’t dare post my comment now!)
They are also quite sensitive. A girlfriend (D-cup) said it seemed like with me all the fun and goodness comes in a highly concentrated form.
That video is ridiculous though. I thought the girl looked pretty good in the top she was wearing.
